Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Donor Experience Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of newborns and women.

The Office of Philanthropy & Community Investment is responsible for all fundraising and philanthropic support for the hospital. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing current processes related to donor experience programs, database and activities, providing recommendations for enhancements, and enacting outcomes through execution and monitoring stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing project plans to ensure timely delivery of review outcomes
  • Coordinating end-to-end project delivery through day-to-day management of activities against the project plan
  • Improving and implementing best practice fundraising accounting processes
  • Actioning global database changes such as bulk import and action updates and coding changes
  • Improving data integrity by coordinating data cleansing exercises including de-duping and implementing system checks to identify record errors
  • Improving and implementing new processes for invoicing
  • Pulling accurate data lists to support acquisition and retention activities

Requirements:

  • Relevant fundraising experience with demonstrated ability to optimise and work in databases
  • Understanding of individual giving and regular giving programs
  • Experience and understanding of fundraising accounting practices
  • Superior attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage incoming work with competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
