**Your Role as an Experienced Team Leader/Fundraiser**
- Actively participate in recruitment processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of fundraisers to meet targets.
- Uphold ethical standards and follow fundraising guidelines.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
- Engage with the public to raise awareness and support for our partner charities.

**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales and/or team building.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A commitment to ethical fundraising practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
