The Integrated Community Nursing Team in East Ross, Highland seeks a skilled nurse who will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in various clinical and residential/home settings within East Ross.
Working under the supervision of a District Nurse, you will deliver individualized care plans to patients in a community setting. Your leadership, communication skills, and commitment to ongoing professional development are essential. You must be passionate about community nursing and motivated to work autonomously.
A full driving licence is required for this role, and applicants should have access to a vehicle for work purposes. Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) is mandatory.
This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations and a strong understanding of community-based care models.
