We are currently recruiting for Support Workers in Invergordon for full-time or part-time waking night roles, where we support four adults to live independently in their own homes.

You will support these individuals in their day-to-day lives, with social support, medication administration and managing their home. You will also support them to do the things they love, which include cycling, swimming, bowling, gaming, listening to music, spending time with family, reading and many other activities.

The waking night shifts run from 9pm – 7am and we require availability to work a variety of days with this role, including some weekends.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving license that allows them to drive a manual vehicle (for use of the household vehicles).

We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role will have professional experience.
