Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Community Staff Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in East Ross. This exciting opportunity will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individuals within the community.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and deliver agreed plans of care to individuals within a community setting.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as part of the Integrated Care Team under the direction of the District Nurse.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registered nursing experience.
- Leadership and good communication skills.
- Evidence of continuing development and a passion for a career in community nursing.
- The ability to work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
