
Community Health Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Health Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings.
- This role involves wound management, catheter changes, medication administration, and palliative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong time management and prioritization skills, excellent teamwork and communication abilities, and a genuine interest in professional growth and lifelong learning.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, hold a valid NSW Driver Licence, and possess previous experience working in a community nursing setting.
