Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Professional to join our team at the Homebush DFO Factory Outlet in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong retail sales background with experience in meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • They will be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, processing merchandise deliveries, and representing the Adidas brand in an inspiring way.
  • As part of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve store sales and KPI targets, while executing brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
  2. Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
  3. The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
  4. Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
  5. Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
