Sales Director Enterprise - NSW & VIC
The successful candidate will lead a team of 7+ account managers based in Sydney and Melbourne, driving incremental growth in this market segment. Key responsibilities include developing the regional sales strategy, growing the customer base, and aligning with product divisions, marketing, channels, customer services, and operations to ensure business needs are exceeded.
About the Role
This leadership role requires at least 10+ years of direct sales and leadership experience, with a proven track record of building and growing new and high-achieving sales teams. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the NSW & VIC Enterprise Networking market segment, strong business acumen, and excellent written and oral communication skills. They will also possess executive presence, with the ability to inspire members in direct and extended teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing the regional sales strategy and direction for driving incremental growth in this segment.
- Applying both tactical and strategic go-to-market models aimed at growing the customer base.
- Developing new and incremental business through penetrating strategic new logos, selling transformation technology in existing accounts, and striking large and complex deals.
- Influencing, engaging, and enabling appropriate partners and channels in support of our go-to-market strategy.
- Aligning with the product divisions, marketing, channels, customer services, and operations to ensure business needs in Australia are exceeded.
- Enabling sales growth in the field by providing guidance, advice, training, and cadenced communication to the team and other teams across ANZ and the world.
