Mechanical Operations Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our coal preparation plant team. As a Mechanical Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting plant equipment and monitoring coal preparation processes
- Diagnosing and resolving plant performance issues
- Performing routine mechanical maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Using SAP to requisition spare parts and equipment
- Conducting sampling and manual process adjustments
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitter) or boiler maker
- Computer skills
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Dogging & Rigging (desirable)
- SAP experience (desirable)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends
