About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students, parents, and tutors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Enquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from students, parents, and tutors, providing accurate and timely information about our services.
  • Aftersales Touchpoints: Follow up with students and parents to ensure they are satisfied with our services and address any concerns or issues.
  • Engaging Current Students and Parents: Communicate with students and parents to inform them about upcoming events, workshops, and sessions, and to troubleshoot any issues they may be experiencing.
  • Handling Walk-ins: Greet and assist students, parents, and tutors who visit our campus, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Organizing Printing: Ensure that all printing needs are met, including printing of documents, flyers, and other materials.
  • Talking to Contour Students & Tutors: Build relationships with students and tutors, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Opening and Closing the Campus: Ensure that the campus is secure and ready for opening and closing each day.
Requirements
  • Skill Requirements: Honesty and integrity, excellent customer service skills, high level of empathy, exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented and organized, energy and enthusiasm, independence and proactiveness, ability to build and maintain relationships, willingness to listen, learn, and lead.
  • Experience Requirements: Completed VCE and performed well, Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in commerce, business, marketing, communications, or a related field, prior reception, front desk, and/or sales experience (ideal).
  • Personal Requirements: Young, passionate, and engaged, long-term mindset and vision, genuine desire to help students and parents, full academic year commitment, ability to commit to hours, travel to Melbourne CBD, sign an NDA, agree to a non-compete clause, past VCE graduate (we still accept applications from non-VCE graduates in exceptional circumstances).
