About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Fraud Prevention and Investigations Manager to lead our efforts in detecting, preventing, and investigating fraudulent activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage fraud prevention and investigation activities across GFG Alliance Australia.
  • Develop relationships throughout the organisation to create a supportive environment for reporting concerns.
  • Conduct and oversee investigations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Train employees on fraud detection and prevention techniques.
  • Utilise advanced data analytics to identify anomalies and potential fraud activities.
  • Prepare and analyse comprehensive reports on findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, including police and government bodies, to resolve cases.
About Your Experience:
  • Experience in a fraud prevention role, particularly in conducting interviews and managing evidential material.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements surrounding fraud investigations.
  • Proven experience in managing complex fraud investigations and intelligence operations.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • High-level decision-making capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in conducting interviews and handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically to develop long-term fraud prevention plans.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Resilience in handling complex cases and working under pressure.
