About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive change that matters, enhance member experience, enable sustainable growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of program management experience in regulated industries, with proven expertise in Agile methodologies, change management, and continuous improvement. They will be able to lead with initiative, drive results, and inspire cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation programs across the enterprise
  • Implement and maintain fit-for-purpose governance and project management frameworks
  • Align initiatives with strategic priorities and resource capacity
  • Manage program risks, interdependencies, and vendor relationships
  • Track and report progress using KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Champion a transformation culture through strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership
What You'll Bring
