Job Title: Bus Network Officer

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, navigating diverse scenarios, and promoting passenger and driver safety.

Key responsibilities include educating customers about ticketing products, participating in community engagement programs, and maintaining a visible presence onboard bus services.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm in tense situations, and conflict resolution skills.

A strong team player with good judgment, the ability to follow set procedures, and minimal supervision requirements is desired.

This is an entry-level position that operates on a rotating roster including day and afternoon shifts, with some weekend work.
