Working closely with the General Manager – Payroll, you'll handle payroll administration, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and awards.What You'll DoProcess payroll for wages and salaried staff across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cyclesMaintain accurate employee records and payroll transactionsProvide payroll-related reports and reconciliationsInterpret and apply relevant Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and employment legislationAssist with superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax processesOffer payroll support to managers and employeesWhat You'll BringDemonstrated experience in payroll processing (experience with iChris/TIMS Payroll is highly desirable)Ability to manage payroll in a complex environment with a mix of casual and permanent staff (300+ employees)Strong numerical ability and attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and payroll systemsSound understanding of employment legislation and award interpretationWhy Join Us?
