About the Role

We are currently recruiting for the position of Supervisor - Mobile Fleet Maintenance at our Cadia East Development site. This is a residential 7/7 rotating D/N roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a high-performing fleet maintenance team to effectively and safely maintain the Cadia East Development Fleet.
  • Build, train, and manage a team of maintenance professionals to meet planned targets and work in conjunction with the Maintenance Business Process system and process.
  • Actively promote a harmonious team environment and ensure all team members have an accurate understanding of their role.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and optimisation of plant performance and the maintenance function.
  • Lead by example and set the standard for operational discipline.
  • Promote and support the Newmont safety culture by working to the team's behaviours and values in every aspect of your work.
Requirements
  • Experience in underground mobile maintenance with demonstrated prior experience as a leader of people.
  • Knowledge of, and compliance with statutory duties in accordance with the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
  • Experience in supervising teams, fostering high-performance with a growth mindset to continuously improve.
  • Computer literacy, ideally with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
