Job Opportunity: Automotive Specialist

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support by offering comprehensive solutions to our clients' customers.

  • Process customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, while handling complex issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between the client's customers and internal teams to resolve concerns and address needs in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of case files and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Provide regular feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • Participate in team efforts to maintain adequate contact coverage and support business objectives.
  • Manage department goodwill funds to facilitate customer satisfaction and resolution.
  • Research complex automotive issues and negotiate resolutions with customers.
  • Assist with special projects, such as market research surveys, call campaigns, and events as assigned.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to CRM management, including data entry and case allocation.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Complete training courses as directed by Operations and/or Training.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or luxury industry. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other communication tools. Ability to navigate multiple computer screens efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, language, and appearance at all times.
