Area Sales Manager

About the Role
The Area Dealer Manager will be responsible for driving performance, service, parts, and engagement across the dealer network. This will involve creating and executing sales, marketing, and service plans with dealerships that align with the company's programs, focusing on sales actions, customer retention, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales, marketing, and service strategies to drive business outcomes and support the company's purpose.
- Analyse dealer performance by model line and postcode, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the integration of the company's sales and service standards into business processes.
- Collaborate with dealers to ensure accurate stock ordering and develop effective inventory management practices.
- Focus on improving customer experience through Service MSI measurable actions and ensure accurate customer data management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer Principals and staff to drive business outcomes and support the company's purpose.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferable in Business.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of business processes and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to negotiate and influence business owners and senior managers effectively.
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Must have permanent work rights to live and work in Australia.
