Job Description

This role is responsible for managing and delivering multi-country payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
  • Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms.
  • Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
  • Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
