The role of the Payroll Operations Specialist is to manage and deliver multi-country payroll services for a diverse portfolio of clients.

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions.
  • Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms.
  • Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll in line with local laws and global standards.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, ADP, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.

This role requires an individual with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
