Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive tax advisory services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, providing strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
