Job Description

This is a senior role that requires technical expertise to partner with our sales team and assist in closing deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating product offerings, facilitating solution discovery sessions, and communicating with prospective customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Presentation and demonstration of products
  • Solution discovery, overview, and deep dive sessions
  • Communication with prospective customers
  • Building environments tailored to customer requirements
  • Writing proposals in response to RFIs/RFPs
  • Sharing information with sales and technical teams
  • Acting as customer advocate and liaison
  • Establishing relationships with key customer advocates
Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate should have relevant work experience on client-side, consulting-side or with an ISV.
  • An understanding of M365 architecture, components, and configuration is required.
  • Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of solutions that leverage one or more of the following: M365 Security & Compliance (Purview), SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of server and cloud offerings across Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce.
  • Confident and enthusiastic presentation skills are necessary.
  • Good business and technical communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to think strategically using technical knowledge coupled with sales mentality.
