We are looking for a skilled individual to take on the role of Trainee Mortgage Advisor. The ideal candidate will have a CeMap or equivalent qualification and be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establishing relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Taking part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
