About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a key member of our Club Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our club, providing leadership and motivation to our teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the opening and closing of the club, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and innovation to our teams, driving results and excellence in all areas.
  • Deliver operational support to all departments, including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool, and Sales.
  • Guarantee the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the club.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and coaching skills, who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and driving business results. You will have:

  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Natural leadership qualities and a strong interest in the health and fitness industry.
  • Strong financial skills and extensive operational experience.
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate and previous experience in food and beverage (advantageous).
