Job Title: Duty Manager - Operations Lead

Casual - Memorial Drive

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our club, providing exceptional service to our members, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the opening and closing of the club, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy
  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards
  • Monitor and maintain pool chemical levels, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for members
  • Deliver operational support to all departments, including Reception, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Crèche, Gym, Pool, and Sales
  • Guarantee the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the building

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering premium customer service
  • Natural leadership and highly organized qualities
  • Strong interest and passion for the health & fitness industry
  • Adequate financial skills
  • Previous experience in food and beverage
  • Operational experience
  • Current qualifications in Senior First Aid, RSA, and Pool Life Guard
  • Must be well presented
