We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a key member of our Club Management Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our club, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve customer satisfaction and club performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the health and fitness industry. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, leading teams, and driving business growth. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
