About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the opening and closing of the club
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and innovation to teams
  • Deliver operational support to all departments
  • Guarantee the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the building

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service
  • Natural leadership qualities
  • Strong interest and passion for the health and fitness industry
  • Adequate financial skills
  • Extensive operational experience and team leadership qualities
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate
