Leading the workforce, delivering services, advising on policy and planning matters, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability are key responsibilities. We seek a senior leader with experience in local government, preferably in a regional or rural context.
Key qualities include people leadership skills, governance expertise, finance acumen, and community engagement abilities. You will work respectfully with elected members, staff, the community, investors, and government, making sound judgements in navigating competing priorities.
