Service Operations Leader
About the Role:- Establish and enforce efficient service operations processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Create annual service objectives and budget in alignment with organisational financial and operational goals.
- Promote timely submission of warranty and Product Improvement Program claims to ensure maximum credit.
- Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to employees based on their skills and knowledge.
- Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
- Maintain all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
- Oversee recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.
- A strong communicator with excellent time management skills and a genuine appreciation for customer needs.
- Sound mechanical knowledge.
- Experience in operations and management would be beneficial.
- Leadership experience would be beneficial.
- Highly motivated to provide a clean, safe, and efficient service department.
