Job Title: Service Manager

About the Role:

  • Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective service processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creates annual service goals and objectives in alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Submits all warranty and product improvement claims within required timeframes to receive maximum credit.
  • Schedules and assigns jobs and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge.
  • Reviews work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing.
  • Ensures all departmental tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order.
  • Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position.

About You:

  • Sound mechanical knowledge.
  • Operations and management experience beneficial.
  • People leadership experience beneficial.
  • Highly motivated to provide efficient service delivery.
