Key Educational Role

This is a leadership position within an educational setting where you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality programs.

You will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

Collaboration and teamwork are essential in this role, as you will work together with centre staff to enhance educational programs and lead transformative changes.

You will be responsible for reviewing and continuously improving educational practices, working closely with the centre leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and make a lasting impact on children's lives.

In this role, you will be working in a purpose-built centre with spacious rooms and outdoor areas. The centre is conveniently located next to Morwell Central Primary School and offers integrated services to the community.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). You will also require strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Current VIC Working with Children Check is mandatory.
