The Educational Leader role is a key position in shaping educational programs for children. This leader works closely with Educators to observe, review and enhance these programs continuously.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Deepening the team's understanding of child development and early years content
  • Guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice
About the Role

This centre is located next to Morwell Central Primary School and offers various services including Kindergarten programs, long day care, playgroups and maternal child health services.

The centre has 126 places and was opened in 2020. It features bright, spacious rooms and outdoor areas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
