Family Services Leadership Opportunity

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality family services and related programs across Inner Gippsland.

This leadership role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including the Inner Gippsland Child & Family Services Alliance, and other services to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and leading complex programs/services in the delivery of high-quality, consumer-centric services.

Demonstrable supervisory experience preferably in the children, youth and family sector is also required.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with volunteers, respecting their skills, experience, and contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans in accordance with Strategic Plan objectives.
  • Lead localised team, program, and service planning.
  • Implement innovation developed to improve service delivery using methodologies that enable consumer participation and inclusion.
  • Respond to emerging needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality, consumer-centred, and culturally competent programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and leading complex programs/services.
  • Demonstrable supervisory experience in the children, youth and family sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and stakeholders.
