Project Coordinator

Brook Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our Project Marketing team in the CBD. As a key liaison between sales teams, builders, marketing agents, and developers, you will play a crucial role in driving project success and achieving sales and marketing objectives.
- Project Administration: Manage daily project operations, support the General Manager with administrative tasks, sales forecasting, and budget execution to ensure targets are achieved.
- Marketing Coordination: Assist the marketing and sales teams by creating and distributing marketing materials, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and facilitating effective communication and outreach strategies.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, including launches and family fun days, to enhance project visibility and community engagement.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough property research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, including providing pricing recommendations for new land releases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key contact point between stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and prompt resolution of any issues.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- A tertiary qualification in Property & Valuations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven administrative experience within the real estate or property sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry operations.
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certification, though not essential, would be highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Project Marketing & Sales, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the field.
- Ability to efficiently manage and coordinate multiple administrative tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- A current driver's licence is required for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
