Project Coordinator

Brook Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in the Project Marketing department. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving project success and achieving our sales and marketing objectives.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the main liaison for our sales team, builders, marketing agents, and developers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Project and Sales Administration: Manage daily project operations and support the General Manager with administrative tasks, sales forecasting, and budget execution to ensure targets are achieved.
- Marketing Coordination: Assist the marketing and sales teams by creating and distributing marketing materials, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Facilitate effective communication and outreach strategies.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, including launches and family fun days, to enhance project visibility and community engagement.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough property research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, including providing pricing recommendations for new land releases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key contact point between stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and prompt resolution of any issues.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- A tertiary qualification in Property & Valuations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven administrative experience within the real estate or property sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry operations.
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Agents Representative Certification, though not essential, would be highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Project Marketing & Sales, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the field.
- Ability to efficiently manage and coordinate multiple administrative tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- A current driver's licence is required for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
