We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and teams to deliver successful projects.

About the Role
  • Coordinate project financials, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Manage documentation, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate time and materials, ensuring quality and integrity of data.
  • Collate subcontractor dockets and invoices, facilitating claims and payments.
  • Client reporting, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Procurement activities, sourcing and managing supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a plant and tool register, tracking assets and inventory.
  • Coordinate subcontractor claims, processing invoices and payments.
  • Manage induction register for subcontractors, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Update project schedules, maintaining accurate and up-to-date timelines.
  • Attend and minute meetings, recording key decisions and actions.
  • Housekeeping and maintenance of project workspace, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in project-based roles, preferably in the automation industry or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of project phases and basic finance and cost management.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management is desirable but not required.
