Community Event Coordinator

As an Events Producer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive program of civic events that celebrate and enrich the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver annual programs of events that showcase local culture and enhance community life.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various sectors to identify and leverage event opportunities.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, including budget management, vendor engagement, and quality assurance.
About the Role:
We are seeking a candidate with expertise in event management, project coordination, or related fields, along with experience in end-to-end event development and delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of producing high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in event management, project management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work independently with minimal supervision.
