Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install stair components using appropriate tools and materials.
- Ensure high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Select suitable materials, fittings, and tools for each project.
- Accurately cut materials to required specifications.
- Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Create both standard and custom stair components.
- Compile all elements to assemble the final product.
Required Skills and Experience
- Formal qualifications in carpentry, joinery, cabinet making, or stair building.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a stair building or installation role is preferred.
- Ability to interpret plans and cutting lists effectively.
- Knowledge of various timber types, laminates, and veneers.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience across multiple industries is advantageous.
