Job Opportunity: Fabrication Teacher

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Teacher to join our team at Macro Recruitment. As a Fabrication Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering teaching sessions, ensuring that learning materials and resources meet regulatory standards, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Training: Develop and deliver planned teaching sessions, using technology to engage learners and ensure high-quality teaching delivery.
  • Curriculum Development: Create and maintain learning materials and resources that meet regulatory standards and are relevant to the industry.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.
  • Student Support: Provide support to students, including guidance on career development and job placement.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
  • Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade or equivalent.
  • Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience or a willingness to become a teacher.
  • Registration: Registration with relevant professional associations.
  • Vocational Experience: Relevant vocational experience in the field of engineering fabrication.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
