**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Teacher to join our team at Macro Recruitment. As a Fabrication Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering teaching sessions, ensuring that learning materials and resources meet regulatory standards, and contributing to business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Training: Develop and deliver planned teaching sessions, using technology to engage learners and ensure high-quality teaching delivery.
- Curriculum Development: Create and maintain learning materials and resources that meet regulatory standards and are relevant to the industry.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.
- Student Support: Provide support to students, including completing workplace visits during workplace/clinical placements.
Requirements:
- Certification: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Trade Qualification: Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade or equivalent.
- Teaching Experience: Prior teaching experience or a willingness to become a teacher.
- Registration: Registration with relevant professional associations.
- Vocational Experience: Vocational experience in the field of engineering fabrication.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
