- Work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager and a dedicated team of health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring the unique needs of each resident are met.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
