Job Title: Direct Care Worker

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Direct Care Workers to join our team at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to residents in our Residential Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct client service to residents, including reporting and recording general observations and identifying diversional therapy needs.
  • Deliver diversional therapy to individuals and/or groups in accordance with established programs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
Requirements:
  • AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Current first aid certificate beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
