About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will work closely with our Nurse Unit Manager and collaborate with a dedicated team of health professionals to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their medication management and administration
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless and holistic care for our residents
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
