We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Karoonda District Soldiers Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans and share best practices.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, promoting a culture of respect and dignity for all residents.
- AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
