We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team in a long-term care setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical needs of residents, including practicing the full nursing process, developing care plans, administering medications and treatment, working with families and providers, and supervising the day-to-day duties of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work effectively with others, flexibility in duties and scheduling, including weekend, holiday, day, or night shifts. A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care setting is required.
A current Montana LPN license or the ability to obtain one is necessary. We offer competitive wages and benefits, including insurance and paid time off.
