Long Term Care Nurse Leader

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in the long-term care setting.
- Develop comprehensive care plans for residents, utilizing the full nursing process.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in their day-to-day duties.
This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and flexibility for duties and scheduling, including weekend, holiday, and varied shift work.
Applicants should possess at least one year of experience in long-term care and hold a current Montana LPN license or be eligible for licensure. Competitive compensation and benefits, including insurance and paid time off, are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Practice holistic nursing care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisors and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
Requirements:

- At least one year of experience in long-term care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
