Haematology Cellular Therapies Long Term Follow Up Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert clinical advice and advanced care coordination to patients with complex health needs.

About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) in Haematology Cellular Therapies, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care management plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Providing leadership in the ongoing development and implementation of clinical best practices.
  • Applying research findings to enhance the provision of clinical services and improve patient outcomes.
  • Mentoring and educating healthcare professionals in specialty-related education programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced haematology nurse who has worked in the transplant and/or cellular therapies space. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • No less than 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years full-time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
  • The ability to work a Monday to Friday roster.
