Long-Term Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to manage the clinical needs of residents in a skilled nursing facility.

This position requires leadership skills, ability to work well with others, flexibility for duties and scheduling which includes weekend, holidays, day or night shifts.

Responsibilities include practicing the full nursing process, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, working with families and providers, and directing CNAs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in long-term care
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Certifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (Compact or MT License)
  • CPR
