  • Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop a high-performing sales team in a values-driven environment.
  • Drive Results: Own team performance and deliver on enrolment targets.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Retention, and Academic teams to improve processes and student outcomes.
  • Analyse & Improve: Use data to identify trends and take action to elevate performance.

Your success will be measured by the results you achieve and the positive impact you have on your team and our students.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
