Environmental Management Specialist

The role of Environmental Management Specialist requires a strategic thinker to oversee environmental risks and obligations across operations. As a key member of the team, you will develop and execute effective environmental management processes to ensure compliance and minimise risk.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement environmentally friendly practices across the organisation.
- Conduct regular reviews of environmental performance and develop improvement initiatives.
- Develop training programs to educate employees on their environmental responsibilities and impact on the business.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on meeting environmental obligations and mitigating risk.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in East Perth with occasional travel to our Refinery. To succeed in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or a relevant discipline and 10+ years' experience in a senior environmental role.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science or other relevant discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior environmental role.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage, influence and build relationships easily.
