About the Role

This position plays a vital role in driving organizational change and ensuring effective communication strategies are implemented across various projects and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering multifaceted change and communications activities to support the organization's priorities.

  • Develop and implement change and communications plans, including stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners to ensure their needs are incorporated into change, communication, and engagement strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change and communications tactics and identify areas for improvement to inform future planning and activity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in change management. They will also have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
